Hands-on treatment
Rehabilitation support
Targeted strengthening
Rather than seeking out multiple appointments separately, we bring together three specialized modalities into one cohesive approach to pain relief and injury recovery.
You will walk out STRONGER
Feeling RECOVERED
And knowing how to make it LAST

We evaluate movement patterns, joint functions, mobility restrictions and areas of weakness.

Using hands on manual therapy techniques to reduce restrictions and enhance performance recovery.

Corrective exercises help retrain movement patterns and restore proper function and reduce pain.

We progressively build strength and capacity so your body becomes more resilient.
At Peak Recovery Therapy, we take an integrative approach to pain, dysfunction, recovery, and performance.
As a massage therapist, Erwin has worked with countless clients who are seeing multiple practitioners for their injuries and chronic pain. Typically, that means a visit to their primary care doctor, a referral to physical therapy, perhaps chiropractic care, and often massage therapy as well.
While each of these services can be valuable, there is often very little communication between practitioners, and not enough focus on the complete process—from healing injured tissues to restoring strength, movement, and confidence.
That's where Peak Recovery Therapy is different.
At Peak Recovery Therapy, you're getting the expertise of an orthopedic and sports massage therapist combined with a certified restorative exercise coach.
Every session is built around what he calls TLC: Time, Learning, and Care. I take the time to understand your situation, teach you how to move and recover more effectively, and provide the care and guidance needed to help you make lasting progress.
The goal isn't simply to help you feel better when you leave. The goal is to help you move better, become stronger, and build resilience so you can get back to doing the things you love—whether that's hiking, running, climbing, training, or simply living without pain.
At Peak Recovery Therapy, our mission is to provide the most complete healing experience possible while helping our clients achieve a higher level of recovery and physical performance.
We're conveniently located in downtown Colorado Springs at 514 East Bijou Street. We'd love to meet you in person, so check out our website, give us a call, and let's get you back to peak performance

Peak Recovery Therapy was founded on the belief that recovery should be about more than simply getting back to normal. Our mission is to help clients restore movement, rebuild strength, overcome physical setbacks, and achieve the level of performance necessary to pursue the activities they are passionate about. By combining clinical expertise, therapeutic massage and corrective exercise, we help you improve quality of life and maintain any level of physical activity you desire at any age.

Orthopedic massage, sports massage, assisted stretching, joint mobilization, and soft tissue techniques to help reduce pain, improve mobility, and enhance recovery.

Improving mobility, stability, strength, and movement quality through targeted corrective exercise and functional movement techniques.

A return to full movement and function is our top priority. See what our clients are saying.
We work with active individuals dealing with chronic pain, movement dysfunction, mobility restrictions, and injuries that continue to return despite rest or temporary treatments. Our clients include hikers, runners, climbers, cyclists, martial artists, weightlifters, recreational athletes, and active adults who want to stay healthy and continue doing the activities they love. Many seek us out as a less invasive alternative to constantly relying on pain medications, injections, or surgery. By combining manual therapy, movement assessment, and corrective exercise, we help address underlying movement limitations and support long-term recovery, resilience, and performance.
